Mumdo’s passion for making things disappear started at the tender age of 9. Inspired by the great magicians of the time such as David Copperfield and Sigfried & Roy, the young Mumdo was destined to make magic his life. Starting performing professionally at age 13 in local birthday parties word spread fast about this up and coming new talented star. After a vacation with his father in Las Vegas at the age of 15 and just after leaving the “Siegfried & Roy” theater, Mumdo turned to his father and told him that one day he too would become a world famous magician.
Mumdo’s personal luxury came from being able to fulfil this dream. After graduating from the university with a bachelor in business administration and working a normal desk job, Mumdo resigned from his day job and devoted his life to becoming a famous illusionist.
In 2005 Mumdo joined the Mystery School in Las Vegas for a full training session magician Jeff Mcbride. Mumdo made his first TV appearance in 2006 on the Rotana channel and then appeared on the Adam show on MBC in the same year. That started numerous TV appearances in almost all the top Arab broadcast channels including LBC, Future, OSN, Dubai TV and many live shows all over the Arab world. Due to his popularity and success Mumdo is the first artist of his kind to land his own weekly TV segment on the Rotana Khalijia channel.
